Spent our time here nicely. Moreover, it was easy to park nearby:)))
Quality complimentary toiletries and Good location, minutes away from streets with numerous shoe and near two metro stations
Incredible base for exploring the city in Athens. The restaurant was located within 400 metres.
Nice locaiton, walking distance to the archaeological museum and minutes away from city tour buses
The staff is always helpful. Close location to omonia square.
The staff was very helpful. They booked the trips for us and were very nice from the beginning. They kept our luggage for the entire day after we checked out because we had our flight at 23:00.
I didn't like the fact that the cleaning lady woke us up at 7:00 while banging doors and making a lot of noise in the rooms next to us or above us. This happened only on 1 of the 4 days we stayed there but it was very annoying because we were there to relax and rest.
Paid €60 for a family room with 4 beds. Hotel is a damn-sight better than I've stayed in in Athens for more than twice the price. Room was very clean with sound-proofed windows. Staff were very kind - even printed 3 documents for us free of charge. No hesitation recommending to anyone. Will definitely stay there again if we ever go back to Athens - and that may be some time with all that's going on in Greece.
Omonia isn't the nicest part of town. It's dirty, a bit seedy and nothing of particular interest to see there. However, in 10 minutes you can be in Monistiraki for a souvlaki or Syntagma for a blast of tear-gas. When walking back to the hotel at night, stick to the main roads would be my advice. Of course, I did walk through the back streets from Psiri one night! Interesting, but perhaps not one for the kids.
It is not far from the metro station and the location is good. We arrived at the hotel at about 9 pm and the staff is good and did the check-in very quick. The hotel is clean and the breakfast is ok. It is good for travelers who will out out for sightseeing. There is a Zara near the hotel which is on the way to metro and we went there to shopping. I will recommend to friends who will to go Athen.
The location is good (but not the area). Good breakfast, 12pm check out.
Area around hotel no good. Avoid night then its perfect location.room quite small and old. Bad sound separation, can hear basin water & wc flashing in the room an in the corridor.only 1 internet terminal (in complete darkness as there is no light). Pc not safe to use as the internet security level is very low and it retained all the username and passwords of any website you access. We manager to clear it out.
Close to the underground, the area is better than it used to, economic, good in general based on its price
Several details could easily make the hotel feel better, eg the door seemed not to be closing properly, the duvets were rather worn-out which would give an unclean sense.
Good breakfest, kind staff, clean room.
The breakfast was really good :)
It's in a street that has some drug dealers at night, so we were a lil bit afraid of walking on it at night. Despite it, nothing bad happened to us while we stayed there.
It is a comfortable hotel and the breakfast is good
The area where the hotel is located is not good. I do not recommend this hotel to a woman who is traveling alone, the area of the hotel at night can be dangerous
Excellent value for the price. Wonderful people, very basic but clean room, and it had a balcony, everything worked fine. I would say this is a good 2.5 star hotel, you are not in any fancy neighborhood at all, but it is a four minute walk from the metro and very easy to find. If someone is on a budget, this is as good a place as any for basic accommodation. Breakfast was fine as well. All in all exactly what one expects for a budget hotel in a large popular European tourist destination.
Nothing I did not like based on price paid. If you want a luxury hotel this is not the place for you. If you want good value, basic clean accomodation, very friendly and helpful owners, and are not looking for an upscale neighborhood, excellent value here.
The location of the hotel is excellent and thus very recommendable. Very close to Metro station and shopping markets. However a seedy area but we travelled with children and we had no problems at all. Avoid side streets. There are no good views from windows. Shower, breakfast and out you go. They provide you with free of charge maps which you will find very useful. They have free wireless internet. A/c in room working ok. Bathroom small but towels and bathroom carpet very clean.
